Talon TKD Christmas and New Year 2025-2026

With December almost upon us, please see below for the training arrangements leading up to the end of the year and our bookings for the start of 2025:

  • Final Merrow Village Hall class of 2025 on Monday 15th December – All students welcome
  • Final Onslow Infants School class of 2025 on Wednesday 17th December – All students welcome
  • First Merrow Village Hall class of 2026 on Monday 5th January
  • First Onslow Infants School class of 2026 on Wednesday 7th January
  • Merrow Village Hall unavailable week commencing 19th January. An additional class will run the following week on Thursday 29th January

To see the year off with a bang, on the 15th and 17th December, we encourage all our students to come along in their usual Doboks with added “festive cheer”. Providing it’s safe for exercise, this could be anything from wrapping tinsel around your belt, to Christmas hats. If you have one, you could even wear a Christmas jumper instead of your Dobok top – you might get a bit warm though!

During each class, we will play Christmas music, do Christmas-themed activities, Breaking, and win sweets and chocolates! If you’re new, Breaking (also known as Destruction) is simply using Taekwondo techniques to break boards. Each board will have varying difficulty levels, and we will help you test your limits and progress to the harder boards throughout the duration of the lesson.
