Coming to Talon TKD classes in September 2023, we are excited to announce that we will be introducing Breaking! For those of you that don’t know, Breaking (also known as Destruction) is simply using Taekwondo techniques to break boards. Each board will have varying difficulty levels, and we will help you test your limits and progress to the harder boards throughout the duration of the lesson.

The breaking equipment will be brought to class in Onslow Village on Wednesday 27th September, and Thursday 28th September in Merrow. All students are welcome to come along to both classes at no extra cost.
